Dr. Martin LaGrow and Dr. Nichole LaGrow have taught as adjunct faculty in the graduate programs at Saint Peter’s University for several years. I have had the great pleasure of collaborating together with the LaGrows in the development of online courses and programs for the University. Dr. Martin has expertise in the areas of research, distance learning, instructional design, curriculum, and instruction. He earned a doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in Instructional Technology and Distance Education and holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. Nichole is also an expert in instructional design, research, and curriculum development. Her doctorate degree is in Modern History and Literature from Drew University, and she holds several master’s degrees in Adult Education, English Literature, Modern History and Literature, and Management and Human Resources. In addition, they have both produced many publications and have presented their works at conferences and institutes throughout the United States.

Drs. Martin and Nichole serve on dissertation committees, offering students guidance and support with their dissertation studies. This OER Guide, Crafting the Dissertation: A Resource for Saint Peter’s University Students, is a strong tool that offers valuable information and resources to assist students in organizing their study, collecting and analyzing their data, and effectively and successfully recording and reporting their findings.
